Call me 77. A pretty successful 30-something that made an elephant out of peanuts. I'll share with you how I went from being worth a few thousand bucks to a few hundred thousand by being smart with my money. It's really simple if you’re not an idiot.
How did I do it? My story starts with real-estate, but yours could be very different. Do I drive a Porsche? Nah, man, not even. I don't own a villa on an island, either. This isn't Richard Mother-fuckin' Branson's blog. I have a somewhat big house close to downtown. I have a nice truck, a cottage / vacation home and a great family (unrelated to the money). The important thing is that I live comfortably. I don't worry about my next paycheck. I don't get all worked about whether I should get a 12-inch sub instead of a 6-inch one. I just live like I want to and I'm happy because I'm debt free.
